Search NeuroCirc by Gene Symbol, Ensembl Gene ID, or circRNA coordinates based on the hg38 or hg19 genome assemblies. Select the search field from the drop-down menu on the right.
To display detailed information and interactive plots - click on a circRNA.
To download the search results - click on the download button.
To upload a new circRNA dataset and integrate it in NeuroCirc - click on the orange upload button.
